30-Day Return Policy

At Chord and Beat, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@chordandbeat.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and take steps to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., personalized items or made-to-order designs)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please note that products made to order cannot be refunded or exchanged due to customer errors at checkout (such as incorrect sizing, color, or shipping information). We strongly encourage reviewing your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification. As with our general return policy, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
