**When will my order arrive?**
A. Most orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after ordering, except for orders placed on weekends (Friday-Sunday). Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day (Monday). Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number to the email address provided at checkout. All orders are tracked from our nearest warehouse located at your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link. We utilize shipping partners such as: Royal Mail, Hermes, and Jodel. These are estimated times based on current shipping times:
- Germany: 7 - 15 business days
Times may vary due to peak periods, national holidays, and Covid-19.

**Has my order been shipped?**
A. Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days, sometimes sooner. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped. Please check your SPAM/Junk folder in case the email lands there. If you cannot find your shipping email or believe you have deleted it, please contact us at support@chordandbeat.com. We can provide you with real-time information on whether your order has been shipped or not.

**My item arrived damaged or broken. What can I do?**
A. If your product is damaged, please take photos and send them to support@chordandbeat.com. We are not responsible for damages to boxes, crates, or other packaging. We always take care to adequately protect the product. However, it is the responsibility of the carrier to handle them with care; we have no control over that.

**I ordered 2 or more items, why did I only receive one?**
A. When you order multiple items at once, they may be shipped separately as the products are shipped from different warehouses we own. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all your items at once... you will get them!

**I need to cancel or change my order. How can I do that?**
A. We always endeavor to cancel your order; however, if your order has already been shipped or processed, we cannot cancel it. If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes provided your order has not been shipped yet. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot change it anymore, but we always welcome returns if you wish.

**My order still hasn't arrived, please help?**
A. Please don't worry, it's on its way. If your order is taking longer than 4 weeks after shipment, please contact us, and we will investigate the matter for you. We kindly ask you to allow for this time before contacting us. We offer a money-back guarantee or will resend your order.

**I provided the wrong address for my order. Can I change it?**
A. If you provided an incorrect shipping address with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped or processed, we can easily update your delivery address. If the order has already been shipped or processed, unfortunately, we cannot do anything.

**Why didn't I receive a confirmation email after ordering?**
A. It is possible that our email landed in your SPAM/JUNK folder. Please check this folder. If you still cannot find the email and would like it resent, please let us know.

**I didn't receive a tracking number after ordering, when will I receive it?**
A. When you receive your shipping email, it will most likely be included there. If not, you can email us at support@chordandbeat.com to update your tracking. Please allow 1-3 days for the tracking to be updated in the shipping company's system.

**What payment options are available?**
A. We accept all major credit and debit cards through the Shopify payment system operated by Stripe and Paypal.
